Description
The Turnkey University Customer Service course will look at all types of customers and help you understand how to serve them better and improve yourself in the process. You will develop a strong skillset including in-person and over the phone techniques, how to deal with difficult customers, and how to generate return business. While the fundamental purpose of a business is to get and keep customers, this course will teach you how to build top-notch customer service skills.
